NatWest Group has today announced the appointment of Keiran Foad as Chief Risk Officer, subject to regulatory approval. Keiran will join in Q2 2023 and succeeds Bruce Fletcher who will be retiring next year after over four years with the bank.

Keiran will be on the bank's executive committee, reporting directly to CEO, Alison Rose. Keiran joins NatWest Group from Banco Santander where he is Group CRO and leads the risk and compliance function, reporting to the Executive Chair, Ana Botin. Keiran also sits on the boards of several of Santander’s FinTech subsidiaries.

 

NatWest Group Chief Executive, Alison Rose, said:
