Please access the group's standard form documentation for Scottish Land transactions using the links below. The Group requires that, wherever possible, its standard form Land documentation is used. These links will contain the most up to date documents - always access documents direct from these links, do not use versions you have downloaded previously. 

Please ensure that you quote the Bank's reference on all forms. The reference will be quoted on the Bank's instruction letter and any other correspondence you receive from the Bank.

If you have been instructed to act for The Royal Bank of Scotland plc ("RBS") or National Westminster Bank Plc ("NatWest") select either RBS forms or NatWest forms below. If you have been instructed to act for one of the NatWest Group's subsidiary companies other than RBS or NatWest you should select Non-branded forms below and add the appropriate bank details to the documentation as detailed in the instruction letter. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Please ensure that when registering Standard Securities at the Land Register you use the following Bank address :- Credit Documentation, 1 Spinningfields Square,  Manchester M3 3AP or the relevant Bank lending office address (but not the Bank’s head office address).
