In the Customer Transaction Sub-Panel Terms, the Group requires that, wherever possible, its standard form documentation is used, particularly for security.
In order to facilitate this, we are posting on this part of the Website a selection of the most commonly used RBS/NatWest core security styles documents for both non-land and land assets.
We will from time to time update these core styles and it is your responsibility to ensure that you are utilising the most up to date documents.
**NB - With effect from 15th September 2020, the Group requires you to provide a copy of the below "Information Sheet - Releasing Security" to each security provider for them to retain for their records.**
