London, Commercial & Cripplegate Bank Ltd

This joint stock bank was established in 1819 as Cripplegate Savings Bank. It registered as a joint stock bank with limited liability, Cripplegate Bank Ltd, in 1879, and was renamed London, Commercial & Cripplegate Bank Ltd in 1900. Later in 1900 it was acquired by Union Bank of London Ltd. It was eventually liquidated in 1906.
