From this site, you can access our General Instructions and security forms to be used when instructed by a NatWest Group Company (The Royal Bank of Scotland plc ("RBS"), National Westminster Bank Plc ("NatWest") or a NatWest Group Company (Other than RBS or NatWest) to take security over land in England, Wales or Scotland.

When instructed by RBS, NatWest or a NatWest Group Company other than RBS or NatWest, your instruction letter will state the name of the lender in whose favour the security is to be taken.
