Gender diversity is good for business. When women hold more executive roles, companies’ financial and ESG performance improves. That’s good for the global economy: according to S&P Global, increasing women’s labor force participation could add $5.87 trillion to global market capitalization in 10 years.
But despite overwhelming evidence supporting the value of gender diversity, many organizations are still failing to meet their targets.
As a purpose-led bank, NatWest is working to change that. We’re bringing together leaders with deep D&I and ESG expertise for a panel discussion moderated by Rosie Gill, Head of International, NatWest Corporates & Institutions, on how companies can implement diversity strategies that actually work. We’ll talk about how companies can hire, retain, and support a diverse workforce and discuss best practices to measure effectiveness. Importantly, we will discuss how treasury teams can contribute to this journey through embedding ESG metrics across a diverse range of financing instruments.
